Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our design approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and design systems thinking
