Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify pain points and uncover user needs.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team, incorporating feedback to iterate and refine designs effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
