Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Configure and optimize network infrastructure for performance and security
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network issues
- Document network configurations and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects
- Monitor network performance and implement upgrades
- Adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid driver's license (for site visits)
