Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage software licenses.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required for entry.
