Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design system library and component library
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
- Maintain accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 standards)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with usability testing and A/B testing frameworks
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform design patterns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible time management
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
