Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Troubleshoot network outages and implement proactive solutions
- Document network topologies and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with security teams on firewall policies and VLAN segmentation
- Support VoIP systems and video conferencing infrastructure
- Manage VPN connections and remote access solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CompTIA Network+ acceptable)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA firewalls and Meraki systems
- Strong diagnostic skills using Wireshark and ping/traceroute tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Texas driver's license for on-site support
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
