Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, IDS/IPS) to protect infrastructure
- Document network changes, configurations, and outage incidents
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
