Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for network connectivity issues
- Assist in network monitoring and performance optimization
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with senior technicians on infrastructure projects
- Implement basic security protocols and access controls
- Support workstation setup and peripheral integration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
