Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop intuitive UI systems and design components for web/mobile applications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability studies to validate design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create design documentation and style guides for consistent user experiences
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize product interfaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or enterprise products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Certification in UX research (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design polish
- Experience working in agile development environments
