Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to define and solve user problems effectively.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and features.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and executive leadership.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for maximum usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with a focus on user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
