Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to stakeholders.
- Optimize user journeys for maximum conversion and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and case studies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
