Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for web/mobile applications
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Create user journey maps and information architecture documentation
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform constraints
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
