Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and maintain detailed defect logs using JIRA
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve critical bugs
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile applications
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Optimize test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
