Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incident tickets using ServiceNow and knowledge base systems
- Install and configure desktop/laptop systems across Windows and macOS platforms
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental projects for system optimization
- Deliver user training on new technology implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
