Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product teams to align design with business goals
- Implement design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user feedback data to iterate and improve experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and visual design skills
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of responsive design and WCAG 2.1 standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
