Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
- Document detailed bug reports and track them through to resolution using JIRA.
- Perform regression testing on new builds and updates to prevent regressions.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing and experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
