Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve software conflicts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents and resolutions.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues to the senior team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
