Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA requirements
- Implement VPN solutions and security protocols
- Document network topology and procedures
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid infrastructure
- Train junior technicians on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours
