Responsibilities
- Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize design decisions
- Document design specifications and create style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience preferred
