Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UX standards across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
