Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop responsive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging UX/UI best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, persona development, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and responsive design patterns
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
