Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Go and Python
- Optimize system architecture for 99.99% uptime across global deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis during night shift coverage
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Go/Python preferred)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)

- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
