Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Code Optimization: Analyze codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability, ensuring our applications run smoothly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and implement best practices.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java; experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex systems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
