Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications and actionable resolutions
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate regression cycles
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and improve user experience
- Maintain and update test documentation to align with agile sprint cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (Postman)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with SQL and database validation techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
