Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware or software issues efficiently.
- Ensure network security protocols are strictly followed to protect sensitive data.
- Manage and maintain IP telephony systems, firewalls, and routers.
- Document network topology changes and technical procedures for future reference.
- Conduct regular system backups and perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional network administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for cable installation and work in various environments.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
