Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize design initiatives
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B fintech or SaaS projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
