Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional/regression issues
- Document test results using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
- Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and maintain test documentation and test plans
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect reporting tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with SQL for database validation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
