Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across the organization.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the wider team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
