Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Perform network upgrades and hardware replacements as needed
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for complex network problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
