Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Lead container orchestration projects using Kubernetes and Docker
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
- Conduct cloud migration assessments and execution strategies
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for production systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure roles with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, network security)
- Proven ability to optimize cloud spending through resource optimization
