Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve complex network outages within SLA timelines
- Implement VPN and security protocols (IPSec, SSL)
- Document network topology and create runbooks
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
