Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and Jira platforms
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Conduct employee training on cybersecurity best practices
- Assist in cloud infrastructure maintenance (AWS/Azure)
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge required
