Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources, clean it, and prepare it for analysis to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in datasets that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise monthly and weekly reports summarizing findings for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating our internal databases and reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and SQL for database querying.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: A logical, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
