In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating insightful reports, and supporting our weekend operations with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for weekly reporting.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Communication: Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Weekend Support: Provide critical analytical support during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
