Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Assist in network security monitoring and incident response
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior technicians on infrastructure upgrades
- Provide basic user support for network-related queries
- Participate in regular team training sessions and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
