Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and endpoint security tools
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 1-2 support to 500+ enterprise clients
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS fundamentals)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment maintenance
