Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and foster design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex systems
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
