Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Analyze historical data trends to provide actionable insights for weekend business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast future business scenarios and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work the weekend shift (Friday to Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates not currently residing in the Oakland, GA area.
