Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Seattle and NC to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
- Use statistical methods to forecast trends and support business decision-making.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
