Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends and patterns that drive business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various databases and reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and operational processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
