Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cybersecurity incidents and implement remediation protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and disaster recovery strategies
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Generate executive-level security reports and risk assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Experience with network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and zero-trust architecture
- Strong analytical skills and incident response experience
