Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop conversational frameworks for enterprise AI applications across healthcare, finance, and e-commerce
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model performance through iterative prompt refinement
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for cross-functional deployment
- Conduct A/B testing to measure and improve response quality, accuracy, and user satisfaction
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Research emerging NLP techniques to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Expertise with transformer-based models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and API integration
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for prompt automation
- Strong background in NLP principles and semantic analysis
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
