Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Perform regression testing on new feature releases
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement suggestions
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and test plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability during business hours (minimum 20 hrs/week)
