Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure environments.
- Automation: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement cost-reduction strategies to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Security: Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR) across all cloud resources.
- Collaboration: Partner with DevOps and software engineering teams to integrate cloud services into application development lifecycles.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and/or Azure; hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Infrastructure as Code: Expert knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
