Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with usability testing and A/B methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work independently and deliver results on tight deadlines
