Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide desktop support for 500+ employees across 3 locations
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow platform
- Assist with network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Participate in quarterly IT infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Availability for rotating weekend on-call duties
- Pass background check and drug screening
