Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java/Python
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on weekend rotations
- Debug complex issues and implement performance optimizations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in backend technologies (Java, Python, Spring, Django)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
