Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability defects
- Document detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports in JIRA/TestRail
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across multiple browsers
- Validate API functionality using Postman/SOAP UI tools
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and ensure configuration integrity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Xray)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
