Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect scalable solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive DevOps initiatives using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of leading production-level system deployments
- Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and async processing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and A/B testing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and system design skills
