Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data trends.
- Conduct statistical analysis and market research to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support executive decision-making processes.
- Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant data subsets for deeper analysis.
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation for all analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
